At the southern tip of the North Island of New Zealand, is a remote place called Cape Palliser. Here, you can drive along the narrow road, following the rocky coastline. As you look out along the rocky coast, it suddenly dawns on you that many of the 'rocks' are not rocks at all, but members of a large colony of fur seals.
